**TheState Habitat Raffle was started in 1995.  Raffle proceeds are used topurchase hunting vests for every youth that attends a Youth Mentor Hunt in Nebraska, print the Rooster Tales newsletter,  help fund the PF/QF building at Husker Harvest Days, and many other habitat and promotional activities.
